The Elevator Speech: The online voice of Chicago’s building owners and managers.

We launched The Elevator Speech to give a voice to our members – some of the most influential leaders in Chicago’s commercial real estate community. We want to engage with BOMA/Chicago members and building owners and property managers worldwide to share best practices, case studies and industry research.  And we’ll share opinions on major and minor trends and developments in commercial real estate – here and nationwide. We’ll post regularly about topics that matter to Chicago’s building owners and managers: Tenant relations, Chicago’s green buildings, professional development, commercial real estate industry news and events and the ins and outs of doing business in Chicago’s Central Business district.
